Mike McNamara empowers homebuyers, loan officers, and real estate agents through expert credit guidance.

Mike McNamara has 32 years of experience in credit reporting, credit rescoring, and training. He works daily with Southern Trust Loan Officers to guide their borrowers in the improvement of their credit reports to ensure qualification, best interest rate & best possible mortgage insurance rate. Mike directly assists Southern Trust borrowers with their creditors to resolve issues on their credit report including issues relating to AUS (Foreclosure, short sale and other Refer issues). He can assist with submitting documentation to credit bureaus for the rapid rescoring of borrower’s credit report, and with Borrowers with Credit Freeze & Fraud Alert issues.

Mike teaches Continuing Education classes on credit preparation for Realtors. Many times, this results in realtor referrals. He also provides homebuyer and first-time home buyer seminars with Southern Trust loan officers to prepare consumers for home ownership. Mike offers to present realtor lunch & learn seminars, with Southern Trust staff, on credit & preparing buyers for their home purchase.
